A note from Gavin Bryce, Founder
I created The Forum to give leaders the support their role rarely provides.
Over more than 25 years, I have worked alongside senior leaders, founders and business owners across private, public and international organisations. Throughout that experience, I have seen the same challenge repeatedly: the greater the responsibility someone carries, the harder it becomes to find a place where they can think openly, test their assumptions and receive honest challenge.
These leaders rarely lack expertise, ambition or capable people around them. What they often lack is a trusted environment in which they can step back from the immediate pressure, see the situation more clearly and remain accountable for meaningful progress.
I created The Forum to provide that environment, bringing together confidential peer challenge, highly personalised leadership coaching and, through Principal Membership, hands-on strategic support.
